Instructions to build TerraAmazon source code

Create a .bat file to configure the cache entries when running cmake.

SET T4_DEPS_DIR=dependencies_dir/dev
SET QTDIR=C:/Qt/3.3.8
SET PATH=%QTDIR%/bin;%PATH%
SET PATH=%T4_DEPS_DIR%/bin/win32-vs2010;%PATH%
"C:\Program Files (x86)\CMake\bin\cmake-gui.exe"

Change the paths according with the location that these dependencies and applications were installed in your machine.

TerraLib

Where is the source code     => terralib_dir/build/cmake
Where to build the binaries  => folder where solution will be created

Then, press “Configure” and choose “Visual Studio 12 2013”. Mark the options BUILD_TERRAMANAGER e LEGACY BERKELIUM_ENABLED and press “Configure”. If no problem occurs, press “Generate” and compile the project.

TerraOGC

Where is the source code    => terraogc_code/build/cmake
Where to build the binaries => folder where solution will be created

Then, press “Configure” and choose “Visual Studio 12 2013”. Select the folder of terralib solution in terralib4_DIR parameter and press “Configure”. If no problem occurs, press “Generate” and compile the project.

Tdk

This project is only required is TerraAmazon will be compiled with plugins.

Where is the source code    => tdk_code/build/cmake
Where to build the binaries => folder where solution will be created

Then, press “Configure” and choose “Visual Studio 12 2013”. Select the folder of solutions from terralib and terraogc in the followings parameters: terralib4_DIR and terraogc_DIR. Mark the option TDK_FOR_TVIEW_PLUGIN and press “Configure”. If no problem occurs press “Generate” and compile the project.

Apps

This project is only required is TerraAmazon will be compiled with plugins.

Where is the source code    => apps_dir/build/cmake
Where to build the binaries => folder where solution will be created

Then, press “Configure” and choose “Visual Studio 12 2013”. Select the folder of solutions from terralib, terraogc and tdk in the followings parameters:

  • terralib4_DIR
  • terraogc_DIR
  • tdk_DIR.

Mark the followings options:

  • BUILD_AMAZONPLUGIN
  • BUILD_CLOUDDETECTION
  • BUILD_PDIPLUGIN
  • BUILD_BASICEDITION
  • BUILD_MNTPLUGIN
  • BUILD_PLUGINS
  • BUILD_SIGDESKTOP

Press “Configure” and if no problem occurs press “Generate” and compile the project.

FuncateLib

Where is the source code    => FuncateLib_dir/build/cmake
Where to build the binaries => folder where solution will be created

Then, press “Configure” and choose “Visual Studio 12 2013”. Select the folder of terralib solution in terralib4_DIR parameter and press “Configure”. If no problem occurs press “Generate” and compile the project.

Aplicativos

Where is the source code    => aplicativos_dir/build/cmake
Where to build the binaries => folder where solution will be created

Then press “Configure” and choose “Visual Studio 12 2013”. Mark the option BUILD_TERRAAMAZON and press “Configure”. Select the folder of solutions from terralib, terraogc and funcatelib in the followings parameters: terralib4_DIR, terraogc_DIR and funcatelib_DIR. Mark the option FUNCATE_APPS_AMAZON_PLUGIN to run TerraAmazon with plugins and press “Configure”. If the option FUNCATE_APPS_AMAZON_PLUGIN was selected, choose the path of SigDesktop folder, located in the folder apps solution. Then, press “Configure” and if no problem occurs press “Generate” and compile the project.
